FlexiCorp needed to scale a single-tenant CRM into a subscription SaaS product without compromising client data isolation, while introducing metered usage billing tied to plan limits.

The Solution

We re-architected the database with schema-level tenant separation, added Stripe Billing for metered subscription cycles, and built a central tenant management dashboard for support and provisioning workflows.
